Through the entrance of the main building and via a stone staircase one quickly reaches the first floor living room with a chimney and access to the terrace. There is a guest room with bathroom on the terrace, that offers a beautiful view into the garden in which a pavilion is also built.
The open kitchen and the dining area are pleasantly large. From here one reaches a small visitor toilet, the bathroom with bathtub and shower, office and the main bedroom.

The guesthouse offers a roofed terrace in the entrance with exterior barbeque and kitchen. The exterior is newly-built new at the moment with water gardens and a further roof terrace. In the building you can find an open kitchen and a large living- and dining area with chimney and access to the garden. On the ground floor there is another room that is used as an office, a storeroom and a bathroom with shower. Over a gallery in the entrance one reaches the first floor which offers two more bedrooms, an office and a bathroom with shower.

Between the main and visitor building there is a big workshop that could still be extended to increase the living area.
The estate has a garage for three cars, a smaller storage house in the garden and a bigger storage houses further away from the houses.

Sufficient water is extracted by an own well and three cisterns. Electricity comes over a solar plant as well as over a connection to the the next camping site. In the main and visitor building heating is via the chimneys, radiators and connected heating elements.



Location & surrounding area:
Only few kilometres from Figueres in the Alt Emporda is this 300 years old Masia with guesthouse. Both buildings are part-renovated but require however further modernisation. With good access (5 minutes to the next small town) and sufficiently distant from the neighbours, this estate offers an appealing situation in the tourist area of the Costa Brava.
