Restored Masia with many possibilities in excellent location

During the restoration the original architectural elements have been respected and recovered. Water well with access from the interior of the house, bread oven, original catalan kitchen, oil storage, wine depot, oak beams, stone arcades, oak floors.the whole structural restoration adds a strong and authentic character to the house.
The restoration of the exterior walls base on the original antique technique of the substitution of the original adobe with sand-lime mortal and inserting old bricks. The original stones have been used as well were it was possible. Were that was not possible they have been replaced with other stones from the interior walls of the Masia.

The land development plan allows the following uses: Hotel, residential house, medical centre, cultural centre, commercial and industrial (eg a small workshop in the ground floor).

There is furthermore the possibility to divide it into 2 houes with garden and garage, this has been already allowed by the town hall. The distribuition then would be house 1 291,5m2 plus garden 315m2, Haus 2 264,5m2 plus garden 315m2.



Location & surrounding area:
Location: The masia is part of an old agricultural complex (approx 20 houses) near the village Espolla. The complex is at the southern end of the natural park L’Albera, therefore the surrounding is highly protected and has a singular beauty. Espolla is in the middle of the region Emporda which has a part from his own wine growing region many cultural attractions and a wide gastronomic offer. The luxurious place Perelada with Casino, Wine-Spa, Golf court, equestrian centre etc is at 12km, Figueres with its famous Dali Museum and AVE (high speed train) connection to Barcelona 22km, the airport Girona 70km and the highway to Barcelona and France 12km. The coast is at a 20 minutes drive.
